Over a number of years I have built a wealth of knowledge and understanding on the anatomy and physiology of the female body.
With all my expertise I have created an environment in my private studio to offer Personal training that all women regardless of age, size and ability can access and enjoy, transform their bodies and fulfil their fitness potential.

Training during pregnancy has huge benefits including improved stamina, strength and well being. Each programme is specifically designed to ensure safe and effective training is delivered throughout pregnancy
1 x Pregnancy ½ hours session £15
Private training is an all inclusive workout meaning it combines cardio, strength, flexibility, balance and core training.
Each client receives a body and lifestyle assessment upon which an individual programme is designed tailored to their specific goals and needs.
Each private training session consists of a 50 minute workout finishing with stretching exercises followed by nutritional evaluation.
